The Vanden Plas Owners Club was established in 1980 and aims to help and encourage members to maintain these fine cars in good running order and appearance.

Saturday 2nd August at Great British Car Journey, Unit 4 Derwent Works, Ambergate DE56 2HE from 10:00 entrance will be free to fully paid-up Club Members.

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 2nd August at 14:00 at the Oakhill Hotel, Oakhill, Intake Lane, Cromford DE4 3RH.

Our Annual Show Day will be held on Sunday 3rd August at the Cromford Steam Fair, Highacres Farm, Dewey Lane, Brackenfield, Matlock, Derbyshire DE55 6DB.

1966 Vanden Plas Princess 4 Litre R in grey with red leather upholstery owned by Peter Stevens.
HBL 689D is an original car which has never been restored. It is a genuine three owner car and has only covered around 50,000 miles from new. The original owner was a lady who lived in Ascot who had the car for nearly 50 years until her death in 2013. The car was then bought by the Emir of Kuwait and formed a part of a very large classic car collection in Kuwait. Upon the death of the Emir, much of the collection, including this car, were sold off and HBL 689D returned to the UK in 2022. It was purchased by the current owner in 2023.​
