Built on the same chassis and mechanically identical to the DM4 Limousine, the Princess 4 Litre Landaulette was only built to very special order. As can be seen from the photos the roof rear section was converted to a folding hood. This took many skilled hours of labour to make.

Only 18 Landaulettes were manufactured by Vanden Plas between 1953 and 1967. Several of the vehicles were used for overseas Royal tours.
